Had an infuriating day today.
Took the transmission out to replace the clutch since it likes to not grab at all at times, and is noisy as all hell (noisier than a V160 should be, even).
So I take the transmission out, and this is what I learned:
1: They clutch was installed incorrectly (washers/parts in the wrong order).
2: They lost parts (wave washer and thrust cone missing).
3: They used an unsprung clutch with a single mass lightweight flywheel.
4: The clutch they used is rated for 525 ft lbs at the flywheel. The car has ~550 ftlbs of torque at the wheel.
